DMG confirms 75 MW utility capacity, comprising 15 MW firm and 60 MW curtailable, after contracting an additional 10 MW. A separate 150 MW firm application, 50 MW critical-IT tenant LOI and possible 60 MW critical-IT addition remain conditional. None may be summed or treated as commissioned AI IT capacity.
